A Course in Miracles

I remember my high school classroom and the feeling of boredom and tiredness I would often feel. I wished I would only need to study one book containing the universal truth about all things, I thought. Then I would no longer have to feel this deep frustration and utter lack of motivation in studying and reading a manifold of unrelated subjects that were making me brain dead.

Seven or eight years later I purchased A Course in Miracles in a new age book store. Ever since I have spent a lot of time leafing through and intently studying A Course in Miracles. I have been fascinated with this unique document and I desired to know it, inside and out. I enjoyed the clarity, the tone of voice, and its poetic beauty. It seems to renew itself endlessly and reaches deep inside my soul.

I have studied A Course in Miracles with intuition and creativity. Doing so, I would feel the same intrigue one feels in decoding ancient scriptures, obscure symbols or difficult mathematical equations.  A Course in Miracles however is contemporary, literal, direct, and simple. It means exactly what it says, and it offers an immediate and direct experience.

A Course in Miracles transcends the highest literary standards. Its use of reason, poetry and rhythm is sublime. The body of expression is original and unifies all experiential aspects of religion, psychology, eastern spirituality and Christian terminology. Shakespeare, Freud, Socrates and Buddha commissioned by Jesus in a divine collaboration.

A Course in Miracles consists of three major segments, the Text, the Workbook, and the Manual for Teachers. It further holds a clarification of the terms used in A Course in Miracles. After scribing the main body of A Course in Miracles, two shorter items were published resulting from the inner dictation process through which A Course in Miracles came to be. These supplements are titled Psychotherapy: Purpose, Process and Practice and The Song of Prayer: Prayer, Forgiveness, and Healing.

You will find all of it on this website. I formatted it for you in PDF form so you can read, save, and print it from your computer.
